Vanilla Bean House’s Return Policy
1. Refunds for faulty or incorrect items
1.1 If Vanilla Bean House (VBH) sends you the incorrect product.
If the product VBH has sent to you is completely incorrect and not a close substitute, VBH will either (A) refund you for the value of the originally ordered item, or (B) send you a replacement depending on which option you would prefer :)
1.2 If VBH has sent you a faulty product. Proof of fault must be provided – ie photograph and explanation.
If a product is shipped to you in faulty condition. VBH will either (A) refund you for the value of the good, or (B) send you a replacement depending on which option you would prefer :)
2. Damaged during shipment
If your parcel is damaged during shipping, we ask that you contact our customer service team (sales@vanillabeanhouse.com.au) who will either (A) refund you for the value of the product, or (B) send a replacement depending on which option you prefer. Any and all issues need to be raised with us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
If you request 'Authority To Leave' then all responsibility of VBH for lost parcels will be voided.
3. Returns time frames
3.1. Unopened products that are in saleable condition, can be exchanged for up to seven days. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to VBH.
3.2 Opened products cannot be returned.
Returns procedure
To make a claim, the item(s) must be returned to Vanilla Bean House.

All returns and exchange enquiries will be dealt within 14 business days after receipt of the goods.
All refunds will be returned via the payment method that was originally used to purchase the goods.
No exchange or refund will be given for sale or on-special products. If a product is exchanged the cost of shipping is paid by the customer.
