These vanilla beans are of excellent quality, graded as A Grade. While they don’t quite make the cut for our Gourmet Grade vanilla beans, they are still perfect for any culinary creation, including cooking, making vanilla paste, or vanilla essence. Vanilla Bean House offers two types of vanilla bean pods - Vanilla Planifolia and Vanilla Tahitensis. Each variety carries it's own unique flavour profiles. The Planifolia vanilla bean pods (also known as Bourbon vanilla) give a rich, creamy, classic vanilla flavour, while Tahitensis (or Tahitian) vanilla bean pods are highly aromatic and carry sweet, floral and fruity notes.

You can choose either Vanilla Tahitensis vanilla bean pods or Vanilla Planifolia vanilla bean pods. All our vanilla bean pods are naturally rainforest grown without the use of pesticides.
